ROLE PURPOSE

Our vision is to create a Client Group that delivers a high quality and value-adding service to our clients. We aim to promote engaging and collaborative relationships with our clients so that we can meet their needs and support Impax’s mission of delivering deliver superior risk-adjusted returns from opportunities arising from the transition to a more sustainable economy while making a meaningful contribution to the development of a sustainable society. This role will provide support to our clients and distribution partners across the EMEA & APAC regions.

ROLE DIMENSIONS

This role plays a key part within Impax’s broader Client Group. The role is focused on the development, servicing and management of key client relationships with Impax’s clients in EMEA and APAC. This may include support across multiple client channels, from our direct segregated accounts, our UCITS investor base, to our wider distribution partners and intermediary clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting our relationships with Impax’s clients, as allocated.
  • Respond to and manage client requests in an accurate and timely manner, working efficiently with other Impax teams as needed to reach resolution.
  • Working with the broader team, contribute to the dissemination of accurate and timely portfolio reporting and related information about Impax and its investment capabilities.
  • Work with the Marketing and wider Client Group Team to support clients’ distribution activities
  • Assist in the completion of client/prospect RFPs and DDQs.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all investor and prospect interactions are recorded in the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and with Impax’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in order to support the team’s broader client base and objectives.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Relevant experience in investment and finance, preferably in a similar function.
  • Proactive and determined. Willing to assume responsibility and take ownership of tasks assigned.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
  • Analytically minded with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • A personal interest in sustainability challenges and/or impact investing.
  • Strong MS Windows applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with an Investment Trust
  • Previous experience of Salesforce
  • Investment Management Certificate, or equivalent professional qualification.
