Arnold Ventures is seeking a Director of Impact Investing, Affordable Housing to lead efforts in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring impact investment opportunities with a focus on affordable housing. This role involves managing current investments and developing new ones, specifically targeting high-impact affordable housing projects and addressing the financing gap for underrepresented developers. The Director will report to the Executive Vice President of Impact Investing, Affordable Housing and work out of the Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in affordable housing finance and investment, exceptional strategic and project management skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
