About this Role

The Investment Analyst role at Impact Engine is an entry-level position designed for aspiring impact investors. It focuses on supporting the company’s investments into venture capital and private equity impact funds. Key duties involve sourcing and screening potential fund managers, conducting diligence on funds, and data collection and reporting. The analyst will also provide administrative support for the direct company investment strategy and portfolio management. This role offers significant exposure to the entire investment process, including participation in Investment Committee meetings. Responsibilities

• Support investments into venture capital and private equity impact funds
• Source and screen potential fund managers
• Conduct diligence on funds
• Data collection and reporting
• Provide administrative support for the direct company investment strategy
• Participate in Investment Committee meetings
• Work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and investment team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of investment industry experience (inclusive of internships or educational experiences)
• Aptitude and interest in data management and financial analysis
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Passionate about impact investing
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with taking on new projects with little direction and collaborating with team members
• Detail-oriented, high work standards, and self-starter
