This team works closely with leadership and teams across Microsoft to drive progress towards its sustainability commitments and Microsoft’s impact investments, which includes the Climate Innovation Fund, Affordable Housing Fund, and Racial Equity Fund. Microsoft has committed to be a carbon negative, water positive, zero waste company that protects ecosystems—all by 2030. This role is highly focused on achieving these sustainability commitments by driving and partnering on Microsoft’s internal financial strategies.

The Senior Sustainability Finance Manager will partner with several stakeholders including Environmental Sustainability, business groups & their finance partners, Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Treasury as well as external advisers and companies.

Financial Analysis IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 – $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 – $200,500 per year.
