What we’re looking for

You’ll be one of the first hire on Visia’s FP&A team, working directly with Raghav, Visia’s CEO.

We’re looking for analytical thinkers with a passion for AI & circularity, and a strong understanding of company financials, bookkeeping, and hardware/software business models.

If a role involving both face-time with customers as well as being able to work on cutting-edge engineering problems appeals to you, then this might be for you.

You would serve as a bridge between our software and customer support organizations, providing engineering-centric customer insights and product ideas as we scale across North America.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of FP&A workstreams, including the production of a monthly P&L statement (incl collaboration with CPA when needed), managing payables/receivables
• Strategic partnership with Raghav on all financial modeling and forecasting – able to pull key insights from analysis on financial data for the organization
• Lead the analysis of financial KPIs, generating data that informs strategic decisions
• Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory standards, managing audits and implementing best practices for financial governance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, capable of scaling with the company’s growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial business generalist with strategic, financial, and operational orientation to manage people and processes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract key insights from financial data and present them effectively to stakeholders
• A willingness to go the extra mile, and do what needs to be done to deliver value to Visia
• Prior experience working in hardware, industrials, or SaaS is a nice-to-have
