Internship Program:

Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while, gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program willrun from May 28, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business.

The internship will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least three days per week, but it could be more based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department, all interns are expected to support a wide range of activities, acting, and performing professionally. At the end of your internship, you will have had exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses, a deeper level of experience in a particular area of focus and working collaboratively alongside managers and specialists of all career levels.

Sustainable and Impact Investing:

The Sustainable and Impact Investing group helps client their investment portfolios with their mission and values, including in the areas of climate change, diversity and inclusion, health, education, and faith. We do so through the development of investment capabilities, the production of thought leadership, and delivering customized portfolios that seek to deliver two lines of returns – financial, and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and ideally a rising junior or a rising senior, (graduating between May 2026 – December 2027).
  • We accept varying majors, business majors preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
  • Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Compensation:

The hourly rate being offered for this role is $25/hour for rising juniors and $30/hour for rising seniors.
