The Long Game of Systems Change
How three Skoll Awardees build public systems for lasting impact
The Geochemical Field Technician will support the execution of geochemical monitoring and fluid sampling programs across Fervo’s operating facilities. Reporting to the Geochemical Engineer, this role is responsible for collecting, handling, and processing geothermal fluid, gas, and water samples in the field; performing on-site analytical measurements; and maintaining the data integrity and documentation systems that underpin Fervo’s geochemical program.
This role is field-forward. You will work directly on live flow streams at operating geothermal plants, execute established sampling protocols with precision, and flag anomalies that inform chemical treatment and corrosion management decisions. You are the hands and eyes of the geochemical program in the field.
