About this Role

The Investment Partnerships and Advisory Manager/Senior Manager will take a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing the work of Better Society Capital’s Investment Partnerships & Advisory Team. The manager will engage with a wide range of investors to provide insights, connections, and the tools necessary to advance the social impact investment market. This position offers a unique opportunity for professionals with expertise in investor relations, partnerships, or consultancy who are looking to work in a purpose-driven environment. The successful candidate will report to BSC’s Managing Director of Investment Partnerships and Advisory and will be responsible for engaging and nurturing relationships with investors. Further responsibilities include executing engagement strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting project delivery for the design and execution of advisory projects and investor initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured engagement strategies to grow the social investment market.
• Nurture relationships with investors and key partners within the social investment ecosystem.
• Work closely with BSC’s investment and engagement groups to deliver insights and connections.
• Create impactful presentations and pitch decks to showcase BSC’s offerings.
• Support design and execution of advisory projects, workshops, and networking events.

Requirements

• Strong track record in building investor relationships.
• Interest in impact investing and the social sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management capability.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience at a senior level required for Senior Manager consideration.
