Who we are looking for
Ravel sits at the intersection of the private, not for profit, and creative sectors. Most of us have worked in different roles, industries and quite often countries – and what may look like slightly squiggly careers to others, seems to be just the ticket to become a Raveller.
We’re a small team with big ambition here at Ravel and, like us, you’ll be an enthusiastic doer, happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in wherever needed – someone who enjoys operating both within and outside their comfort zone.
You’ll be a highly experienced designer, used to developing brand identities, design systems, and campaigns yourself as well as effectively managing an in house or out of house team. You’ll be proficient in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as a practiced hand at creating high quality PowerPoint presentations.
You’ll have a brilliant eye for quality and detail, relentlessly driving the highest standards of creativity and execution across all our work, knowing it’s this that drives the impact we set out to make.
You’ll have a passion for work that creates impact and understand what it means to develop work that not only looks brilliant but also inspired change.
You’ll have worked across global projects and understand what it means to develop work that is both unified and holistic, whilst also being rooted in its respective cultures and contexts. You’ll know what it takes to deliver work on the ground and be a calm, considered and committed leader of teams and work to ensure that we deliver for our clients and partners.
You’ll be flexible and experienced working with teams and leading work remotely and confident using asynchronous working tools such as Teams, Google, Notion etc.
Most of all you’ll believe in the power of creativity and its role in making positive change in the world and excited to be part of doing this with us here at Ravel.
