Rohini has worked as an investor at Mindshift Capital and Sweater Ventures, where she built valuation models, crafted fund strategy materials, and closed on investments in various sectors, including climatetech, fintech, and healthtech. Her experience also includes managing programs and grants at the Azim Premji Foundation, one of the largest family foundations in the world, where she focused on women's empowerment, civil justice, and smallholder farmer livelihoods.

Rohini has held roles as a researcher at the MIT Jameel Poverty Action Lab and as a Fellow at Teach for India. Passionate about driving inclusive growth that empowers communities and protects the planet, Rohini shares her expertise as a speaker, judge, and mentor at various organizations, including MassChallenge, all tech is human, Cleantech Open, and Founder Institute.
