Africa50 is a pan-African infrastructure investment platform founded to catalyze the development of commercially viable infrastructure projects across Africa. With its headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco, Africa50 works primarily in the energy, transport, ICT, midstream gas, healthcare, and water sectors. The organization seeks to raise private as well as public investment, aiming for a target capitalization of US$3 billion. Africa50’s approach integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into its investment processes.
The Senior Investment Analyst at Africa50 will play a crucial role in the investment team, supporting the strategic goal of investing in bankable infrastructure projects across Africa. The role involves comprehensive financial analysis, investment research, and preparation of materials necessary for sound investment decision-making. The analyst is expected to cultivate a strong pipeline of opportunities, applying sector and geographical expertise to identify promising prospects. Responsibilities include involvement in all phases of the investment cycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
