Richard Feiner has more than 20 years’ experience in philanthropy, blended finance, and cross sector collaboration in a range of disciplines, including the medical life sciences and climate change mitigation/adaptation. He is Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University, where his teaching and research focus is innovative finance/market mechanisms to complement grant-based philanthropy. He is a graduate of Princeton University and a recipient of a Princeton-in-Asia Fellowship. He holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from the City University of New York and a professional certificate in financial securities analysis from the New York Institute of Finance. Richard is the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Weill Cornell Medicine, the medical school of Cornell University, and a founding member of the G7/G20 Health and Development Partnership, a cross-sector collective advocating for increased public/private sector investments in global health systems.
