At Trimtab, we’re rethinking how capital can create transformative impact. We are an unapologetically impact-first financial institution, developing investment strategies that prioritize systemic impact outside of conventional risk/return paradigms.

In the past 18 months, we’ve made bold moves—deploying $12.5 million across eight investments to fund managers tackling critical social and environmental challenges. Whether it’s financing forests, empowering indigenous communities, or safeguarding oceans, we look for scalable, replicable models for change.

Backed by innovative partners including The ImPact, Blue Haven Initiative, Schmidt Futures, and The MacArthur Foundation, we’ve built a structure that allows purpose to always be prioritized. We’re a public benefit corporation governed by a purpose trust, designed for long-term mission alignment and flexibility to raise and deploy impact-first capital.

And we’re just getting started. Currently a team of four working closely alongside our Board, Trustees, advisors and investors, we are hiring two additional FTEs in 2025 – an Investment Manager (http://bit.ly/4hJHib7) and this Associate.
