Marsha Wulff

Marsha Wulff is a twenty-year veteran of African business ventures and impact investing whose thesis relies on impact-focused African entrepreneurs passionate about economic development. As a Managing Partner of the Loftyinc Capital Management Company, she is co-launching the Afropreneurs Fund 2 for scalable technology ventures that are spawned by authentic Africans whose innovations leapfrog development challenges. A former VP of investments with Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley, Finance Chair of Memorial Hospitality and Medical System, and Corporate Communications Director for Pioneer, her background includes entrepreneurship, asset management, and venture investing. She is a board Director of Raintree Farms, Uganda’s largest processor of organic moringa. Marsha earned her Executive MBA at SMU’s Cox School of Business, Dallas in 2001. She has also lived and worked in Australia, Argentina, China, Germany, Taiwan, and India.

Michael Oluwagbemi

Michael Oluwagbemi is Co-founder & Executive Partner at LoftyInc Allied Partners Limited (operator of the Wennovation Hub based in Lagos, Nigeria and LoftyInc Capital Management USA) and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Electrical Engineering at Prairie View A&M University; Michael Oluwagbemi also earned a Masters Degree from the University of Houston, USA. He holds a Masters in Business Administration in International Management from the University of London. Michael has extensive experience with over a decade in venture support and development and project development, and currently oversees LoftyInc Allied Partners Limited and its Venture Capital arm, LoftyInc Capital Management, among many other entrepreneurial endeavors. LoftyInc is a project and business development company that has been instrumental in launching several impact start-ups, including Fluttwerwave, Andela, Printivo, Hutbay, Fuelmetric, and Opacus. Michael is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas as well as in Nigeria, and a certified Project Management Professional. He is the Chairman of the Essentials Committee of the Nigeria Content Consultative Forum of the Nigeria Content Development Monitoring Board.

Femi Kuti

Femi Kuti is co-founder and CEO of Kangpe Inc, a digital health startup developing software that makes access to healthcare easier and more efficient in Africa. Dr Kuti is a Director of Reliance HMO, which leverages Kangpe software to build a Kaiser Permanente for Africa, using technology and data science to make healthcare in Africa cheaper and easier to access through an integrated healthcare system. RelianceHMO currently serves over 7,000 customers across Nigeria and is backed by leading investors like Y Combinator, Tencent and WTI. Before this, he worked as a physician in a leading research hospital in Nigeria and as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs advising healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical corporations.
