About this Role

The Community Impact Associate plays a vital role in driving the strategic goals of the Community Impact team. Reporting to the Vice President of Community Impact, you will manage communications for the firm’s charitable giving and volunteerism activities both internally and externally. You will contribute to content creation for annual reports and other related initiatives. Moreover, you will support various elements of Raymond James Cares initiatives and partnerships, including leading Raymond James Cares Month and relief giving efforts. Your responsibilities involve extensive administration of donation requests and governance activities, as well as collaborating with marketing on partnerships and sponsorships. With a focus on project management and communications, your expertise will help drive community impact and engage associates across the country effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external communications for charitable giving initiatives.
  • Develop impact reporting for meaningful donations.
  • Lead the firm’s annual month of volunteerism, Raymond James Cares Month.
  • Support giving processes and governance activities.
  • Administer donation request processes and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing on charitable partnership activations and events.
  • Provide content for enterprise-wide reporting initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex project timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Public Relations.
  • 7 to 12 months of general experience.
