Ashley is a food systems expert exploring the nexus of conservation, food and recreation and telling the courageous stories of the people and communities on the frontlines of transforming our food systems. She has been part of the food movement supporting small scale producers and community-led change as a community organizer, a chef and business owner, farm manager and business consultant.

Ashley also has the lived experience of being an adult-child caregiver and is an advocate for improving the health outcomes of elders and people with disabilities through innovations in community-led, integrative care models that deliver appropriate housing, in-home care, health and wellness and transportation services.
