From Capitalism to Peopleism: Redefining Leadership for a Sustainable Future
Join us for a compelling conversation with renowned leadership mentor and author Ravi Chaudhry, Founder-Chairman of CeNext Consulting and former Chairman of Tata Group companies, as he explores the urgent need for a transformative shift from capitalism to “Peopleism” — a governance model that places human well-being and the planet at the core of decision-making. In this webinar, part of the Luminarias Series, Chaudhry discusses the limitations of current economic systems and the critical role of leadership in navigating these systemic challenges. Drawing on his latest book, Capitalism to Peopleism, Chaudhry offers a visionary roadmap for fostering responsible entrepreneurship, ethical leadership, and sustainable growth that serves both society and the environment.
This session delves into how leaders in business, government, and civil society can transition from knowledge-based approaches to wisdom-led governance that promotes equity, collaboration, and long-term societal well-being. Attendees will gain valuable insights into actionable strategies for rethinking leadership in the 21st century, while also learning how to balance short-term imperatives with long-term objectives that align with the collective aspirations of all stakeholders. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from a leading thinker who is reshaping the conversation around leadership and sustainability.
