This April, Stardust Startups received 80 applications from new businesses focused on striving to achieve the SDGs specifically in the areas of Clean Water & Sanitation and/or Climate Action. During the event, you will get to know the 6 amazing finalists and find out which 2 are being awarded this spring’s microgrants.

Up for consideration:

  • PRA (Cameroon): Banana bio-packaging
  • Evoware (Indonesia): Bioplastic pellets made from red algae
  • MicroFarm (Saint Lucia): BioDigester for waste prevention and renewable energy
  • Aumsat (India): Satellite hydroanalytics for predicting leakages in water pipeline network
  • BioAni (Ivory Coast): Production of black soldier fly larvae for aquaculture and natural fertilizer
  • Ecovon (Ghana): Sustainable wood made from coconut husk and sugar cane

During the event, discover, from their perspectives, what kind of impact previous microgrant recipients have been making with their projects (Caeli Energie, SmartVrac, and more), listen to some exciting guests speak about the importance of climate and water, and network with some amazing members of the social entrepreneurship community.

You can actively participate or just watch and enjoy! We hope to see you there!
