Rosana Rezende is a Brazilian sustainability strategist with over two decades of experience connecting environmental governance and social innovation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Environmental Education and a Master’s in Forest Sciences, with a focus on the Management and Conservation of Natural Resources. Her professional journey is grounded in life's principles, integrating scientific research, traditional knowledge, and regeneration.

She has extensive experience in the management of socio-environmental projects and the implementation of regenerative processes, having worked across research institutions, government agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
Since 2019, Rosana has dedicated herself to sustainability consultancy, knowledge systematization, and the facilitation of participatory processes.

She is also a guest lecturer in the ESG-COOP program at PUCPR’s Business School and serves as a mentor in initiatives such as Women in Food and Agriculture.
