An Impact Entrepreneur correspondent, Stefan Pagacik’s career has spanned several industries and roles, most recently as the CEO and co-founder of AMPRESTA, a climate risk financial intelligence firm focusing on pricing climate risk for real estate, insurance, and transportation. Before AMPRESTA, Stefan served as a Senior Advisor/US Operations for World Wide Generation, a SaaS platform for sustainability reporting benchmarked against the UN SDGs. Previously, he built two impact-themed cloud and mobile platforms (RegAnalytics and my4.com) for institutional and retail investors seeking to align their values with market-rate returns to create sustainability-themed portfolios. As part of an economic development planning process, Stefan developed a strategic plan for a marine science accelerator in Southeastern Massachusetts (the Regional Technology Development Center of Cape Cod) that commercialized scientific developments in partnership with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the Marine Biological Laboratory. The plan secured $600,000 in funding.

Stefan’s technology background includes marketing and business development roles with the Company of Science and Art (later acquired by Adobe) and Apple Computers. His consulting background started as an Information Architect for Lavastorm, where he built information portals for internal practice groups to support new business development. Stefan holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Suffolk University. Additionally, he has a professional certification from the Institute of Thought Leadership for Professional Writers.
