Anika Horn is Director of Ecosystem Building at the Shenandoah Community Capital Fund in Staunton, VA, where she works to build a strong coalition of entrepreneurial support organizations across the Shenandoah Valley. She is the host of “Ecosystems for Change,” a podcast for entrepreneurial ecosystem builders. Previously, Anika co-founded several support programs and events for entrepreneurs in central Virginia.
