Beyond Investment Readiness
How collateral rules and payment terms keep impact capital out of reach
News from Mission Investors Exchange, October 6, 2026
Mission Investors Exchange (MIE) announced in its October newsletter that its 2027 Mission Investing Institute will take place on May 11–13, 2027, in Denver, Colorado. MIE calls the Institute its signature introductory learning program, designed for foundations, family offices and other mission-driven asset owners, whether they are making their first impact investments or developing a practice already under way.
The sessions cover the practices philanthropy professionals need to build the strategy and capacity for an effective mission-aligned investing program. Participants can expect an interactive, action-oriented format, with room to workshop solutions for their own organizations and to meet fellow practitioners.
MIE describes itself as the leading impact investing network for foundations and counts more than 300 members. Those interested in the Institute can save the dates now and complete the interest form on MIE’s Institute page to receive updates.
